According to our experience with anger, if you do not make an attempt to reduce it, it will remain with you and even increase. 

 Then even with small incidents you will immediately get angry.  Once you try to control or discipline your anger, then eventually even big events will not cause anger.Anger could be transformed into a positive emotion. For example, if one has a sincere compassionate motivation and concern for someone and that person does not heed one’s warning about his or her actions, then there is no alternative except the use of some kind of force to stop that person’s misdeeds.On the basis of compassionate motivation, anger may in some cases be useful because it gives us extra energy and enables us to act swiftly.
